How Ridge took Forge public to 460K+ views

Ridge had been running autonomous go-to-market agents for a year before anyone outside could use them. Forge opened them up, and the film had to make an agent that works while you sleep legible to the people who would have to trust it with their pipeline.

An agent is hard to show

Ridge Forge does the part of go to market nobody sees: it watches for funding rounds, product launches and hiring surges, works out who to contact inside the company that just moved, and books the meeting. The work happens between the moments a salesperson would normally notice, which is exactly what makes it hard to put on screen.

A product tour would have shown a dashboard and told you nothing. The brief was to make the job itself legible first, then show the system that does it, and to do both in the time a revenue leader will give a post in their feed.

Founder on the street, product on the screen

We put Owen on camera and shot him on location rather than behind a desk, so the argument arrives from a person walking through a working day instead of from a voiceover. The film opens on the version of the job everyone recognises, the desk buried in leads, and names it as the wrong problem to be solving.

The product cuts in from there: the workspace, the agents, and a dashboard carrying real numbers rather than a mock. Two minutes and eight seconds, built so the first ten make sense without sound and the rest reward anyone who stays.

What Ridge said about it

Owen recorded this on his own, after the launch. It is the whole review, unedited, including the part where he works out what it was worth to the business.

I think it's 100% worth it.

Tell us what is launching and when. Thirty minutes is usually enough to know whether we are the right team for it.
